  My little sister Marlene Daugherty needs a licensed and insured electrician who is reasonable (coz she lives on a fixed income) to come fix some electrical problems in her house... She has asked a butwipe but he is so halfazz I don't want him doing the work.... Can I get some help assisting my sister with this electrical problem...
