I ended up having to move out 3 months before the lease was up and he was a total asshole about it. I was polite every step of the way and offered numerous ways to resolve the situation to our mutual satisfaction. But he was a complete childish jerk. He never gave me a single dollar back for the 3 months i didn't live there. When you have a check in your hand he is a decent human being, but otherwise he is an immature selfish douche bag who only cares about money.
