  David D. wrote: The worst customer service I have ever received! He makes plans and breaks his word. Has every excuse in the book as to why he can't make it out to you. I bent over backwards to accommodate him and he still couldn't figure out. He never picks up his phone and when he does he has some lame excuse. Terrible terrible terrible customer service!
