  If you are doing external modifications, you need to submit an application to the board. You can find it online at http://sterlingasi.com/locations/houston/ - it's the ACC application. You can complete it and return to Sterling or email it to me at dewhirst.bvw@gmail.com and I'll get it to the committee. :)
