  So I have young friend who bought an older Sportster 883 that has been sitting for about 2 years. This bike needs to be gone over bolt by bolt. He can't afford dealership cost of labor, so does anyone know of any small local shops or mechanics who work on the side that won't charge him a fortune to assess the bike ?
