  My son drives a Chevy pick up and it failed inspection do,to the parking brake. Goodyear quoted him $700 to tighten and when the put his ture back on the totally ruined his Lug nut. His uncle and he managed to get the lug nut filed,sawed and soddered so he now can take the tire on and off again. He thought they had tightened the parking brake as well. However this morning as he went to get it reinspected,the parking brake once again failed. Any recommendations for a quality,affordable and reliable mechanic to fix his parking brake?? Thanks
