  Elri - Please take my advise and go to Lulu at Joie De Vie - you will never regret it. I was always going to hairdressers and never getting my hair past a certain point cos they would cut so much off. But if you tell her you want a millimeter off, she will literally do that. Their number is 021 852 5992. She is the head hairdresser there.
