I used James to do half of my roof last year 2014. Though he was professional during the quote ( didn't have roof samples). I was under the assumption that he had his own roofing crew to do the job only to find out he subcontracted the job out. He had his people take off my wood shake to expedite the process. In doing so they left a mess that later had to be cleaned up and they left with 2 of my brand new tarps. The roofers started early which I'm not at all mad about but becaise who wants to be on a roof when its hot out." His roofers" swept roofing debre off the side of my house all over my $10,000 new A/C unit and all over my gas barbecue grill, and all over my pool pump. I took pictures at the end of the day to show how my house was left at the end of the day. James said he would have his crew clean up the mess wich again was a sad attempt because all they did was pick up the shake and never whipped off my grill nor my A/C unit or pool pump. I told James again that it was poorly cleaned. He came out only to retrieve his payment. it is now may 2015 I had called James to have him come out because there is light coming through my crawl space. When we spoke he said that the cap should have been over lapped which is not the case here. James said he would come by to take a look and see the work that was proformed i'm still waiting. Not to mention I still have material on my roof which I paid for thats being ruined by the sun. "Professional". Think twice about rendering his service because honestly he did a piss poor job and charged me $3200.00
Looking for a licensed contractor to come down to the shop for an estimate. Next Level Studio is growing and we need to accommodate that. So if you or anyone you know might be interested in the project, give the shop a call @: (480) 264-6884.
