About us
Simply put, DynaMike Fitness exists to help people achieve a healthier way of living. To help people feel able to live more actively without hindrance. To increase their personal sense of efficacy. But more specifically: a woman (perhaps with a couple of kids in their teen years), with every intention of shedding unwanted weight except that life kinda took over and she kept gaining weight every year. Maybe she’s almost accepted her new weight. At least that she may never see her pre-wedding or pre-baby body again. She’s gained perhaps 40-70 lbs and would be grateful to lose even half that. Somewhere along the line she’s permitted herself to be out of shape because its justified by her busy life, because she isn’t or hasn’t needed to be disciplined about it before like someone who has fitness always as a part of their lifestyle where its all they think about. Now, she is willing to invest in a professional individually or become a part of a friendly community of like-minded individuals to help her know what to do about her situation. Now fed up of fads, potions and pills, she wants someone who can help her understand that her age, hormones etc. aren’t an issue and what she wants, and possibly even more, can happen for her.
