  We have recently discovered a mold problem. It is not Black Mold. Common mold found outdoors and indoors. It appeared over night about a week end a half ago. I hired a company to come out to do the testing and as it turns out, IN MY OPINION, they are not reputable. I am wondering if anyone from the area does remediation and renovations. I would like to hear if anyone has a reputable company they can recommend. Please don't recommend Absolutely Spotless, Inc. Thanks.
