  Just wanting to know if anyone else is in the same or similar situation. I'm currently receiving single parenting payments, have $10,000 in dept (which is under control) and no savings. Does anyone have any advice about buying a first home? Has anyone been able to get a bank loan for a house whilst on benefits? Any advice appreciated, thank you in advance.
