Where are you from and how did you get into this business?
I'm from Louisville Kentucky. I have been doing this for 13 years total. My father and I use to work on Appliances when I was younger. I've worked at 2 different companies and their ways on prices I didn't like so I started my own company so I could pass the savings on to the customer.

Going out to a customers home and diagnosing the issue with there appliance.
