  I am in search of a realtor who can help me find financing for and purchase the perfect house for me. It has to be someone non-judgmental who can work patiently with me and will take the time to listen to my needs as well as provide me with sound advice to make a good decision. I won't be moving for a bit (the earliest would be June 2017 and the absolute latest would be June 2018 due to my current lease) and it may take that long to get me in a good position to buy a house.
