  Sooo....I may or may not have shorted out the kids room today trying to "baby proof" one of the sockets. Turns out I don't become an electrician if I watch a couple of YouTube videos. Anyhow, I called these guys today http://www.rlthompsoninc.com/ They accommodated us today and fixed the problem in minutes.
