  An Attorney who fights for violation of civil rights discrimination crimes against disabled and our children do the cases on a basis if they dont win they don't get paid anyone who has a case there are attorneys who are out there and honest so if you have a case they will not ask for money.. They get paid if you do..so find a good civil rights attorney, or discrimination or if its abuse of power, you have been harmed mentally and emotionally through this and that is abuse against an adult..

  Just go to your state's lawhelp.com or .org depending on your state like arizonalawhelp.com some states helplawlibary.com but if you have a lawyer all ready they will not help you. You will have to only ask questions about your case and if they can give you a list of probono untill you fire yours you cant let no one know you have one. Lawyers are not like doctors no second opions wanted.
