I've always loved a good barbecue, and now I can bring a really good barbecue to you. I'm flexible when it comes to the menu and can cook your favourites or you can have one of my tried and tested recipes. All best quality locally sourced meat cooked lovingly on real charcoal/wood barbecue, or cooked low'n'slow in my mobile wood smoker oven. Menus include, quality burgers,sausages,grilled chicken, pulIed pork/ Lamb, smoked brisket of beef. All with tasty salads and side dishes. I can also cater for you if you prefer Halal or vegetarian.
