  Is there an investor friendly HVAC company that services Spring/Woodlands area? Tenant reported AC not working this evening only after calling HVAC company nearby. The company diagnosed the problem, said OEM circuit board needed to be replaced, wanted to come back next day to do the job and charge tenant about $500. Is that a reasonable price? If not, what would the reasonable price be? Definitely doing the job ASAP, just wondering if I should call someone else for a second opinion.
