I called the company two days before my moving and called them twice and confirmed the inventory of things I needed to move from my 3 bedroom/finish basement/garage. They came an started saying this is too much stuff. I even called the lady I spoke with and went over the list I had told her and offered to take pictures and send it to her. She wouldn't listen to me and wanted more money. I even offered them what they asked for which was double. On top of that they wanted $200 tip, which I was willing to pay and even then they said, now we want 500 dollar tip. At that point, I had to put my foot down and say no. They left without even saying anything. DO NOT EVER USE THEM, they will offer lower rate and demand more when the moving date arrives.
