  any of the brokers at Dominion Lending Centre are amazing, 780 513 6611. and for a realtor Julianne Fraser by far, friendly, smart and cares about her clients and has been in the business quite awhile

  Erin at epic, Megan at dominion, Cheryl at mortgage intelligence, the ladies at Shelkor are all awesome too. And it's not true that you pay more fees to use a broker. There are rare circumstances that broker's fees are charged to the borrower but that is far from the norm.
