They go above and beyond, not only during my regular service calls, but as needed, as well. I was with Orkin for years and NEVER received the quality of service I do now. NBK covers both my home and business. Steve helped me battle a major mosquito issue at my studio last summer, as well as recurring "ghost ants" that he refused to let win! Price is fair, if not better than most competitors. Highly recommend!
