I thoroughly explained the condition of my hair, had pictures of what I wanted and how I wanted it and even had pictures of what I didn't want. I left out of frustration and shame & tipped 15%. They were priced at over $200 and once I got home I noticed THICK YELLOW & ORANGE highlights and an uneven choppy cut. Now the color correction is over $175 from another salon. Time, money & tears wasted
