  Tara S. wrote: BIGGEST CROOK EVER, SATY AWAY. HIS NAME IS JOE BUCCELLATO. IN PORT JEFF STATION. WE CALLED HIM FOR A HEATING PROBLEM WITH OUR FURNACE. HE CAME INTO OUR OFFICE AND REALIZED THAT THERE WAS ONLY ONE GIRL WORKING WHO HAD NO EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH CROOKS LIKE HIM. WENT UP ON THE ROOF AND FIVE MINUTES LATER, ASKED THE GIRL TO WRITE HIM A CHECK FOR $809.25 HE WAS SUPPOSED TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE BUT INSTEAD TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE SITUATION. WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT HE HAD TAKEN A CHECK, I CALLED THE BANK BUT HE HAD ALREADY CASHED THE CHECK WITHIN 15 MINUTES. WHEN I CALLED HIM TO ASK HIM WHY HE CHARGED SO MUCH, HE SENT ME PICTURES FROM GOOGLE FOR THE PARTS HE REPLACED. THEY WERE NOT THE RIGHT PARTS FOR OUR FURNACE. THE VERY NEXT DAY, OUR HEAT WAS NOT WORKING AGAIN. WHEN I CALLED HIM, HE SAID HE WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR 2 WEEKS WHICH WAS OBVIOUSLY A LIE. WE HAD TO HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY CHECKED THE FURNACE AND TOLD ME THERE WAS NO WORK DONE ON THE FURNACE PRIOR TO THIS. THERE WERE NO PARTS REPLACED LIKE THIS GUY JOE BUCCELLATO CLAIMED. JOE THE CROOK DOESN'T PICK UP THE PHONE. THE NEW GUY ONLY CHARGED $80 AND FIXED IT PROPERLY. BUYER BEWARE
