I picked up one of our dogs and she had a 3 inch CUT, not superficial wound as the owner would say, on her leg/belly area. She told me that our dog was "jumpy" and that area of the body is "thin and easily cut". When I arrived to pick them up she told me that our oldest dog was the hardest to trim. After this many years this dog NEVER had an issue. We are military and move all the time and everyone says our oldest is sweet and demure. I have NEVER picked up a dog with this deep a cut. The owner did mention "small superficial grazing" on Bailey. However I couldn't see the injury because she had put all this glue ? on it... it also was on her back hair for some reason. At any rate, I couldn't really gage the cut. Later, the dog acted a little odd and when we examined closer, the glue was gone and we could see how deep this cut was. SO angry. SO upset. My husband texted her to tell her we would be taking the dog to the vet the next day and that she really shouldn't cash the payment because of such a horrible experience and she told us that she went to the bank right after we picked up the dogs at 3:30. I don't believe her, but live and learn. I will not be using her again. Nice lady. Wish her well. But she hurt my dog. Wish I could upload a photo...
