  No such thing as a small project when it comes to these condos. I would definitely recommend Allegro. Might seem a little pricey, but Greg knows exactly what to expect (he's lived and worked here for 30 or so yrs), so there's no learning curve for figuring out what's going on behind the walls. He's honest and fair with price and he does good work. He's worth every penny
