  Does anyone know of an affordable reputable dentist in the East Valley? One of my back molars cracked in half at the gumline last night. No pain, or not a lot, thank God. It was filled like 30+ years ago. Have no insurance (surprise). I already contacted the dental school in Mesa, but they are out tomorrow, Monday, and most of next week. Quoted $35 for an emergency visit with xray and an additional $120 for an extraction. Plus they make no appointments for this. Just need to arrive early and wait. Anyone know of anything better? Besides Mexico... my passport expired in July.
