  Christian G. wrote: I have used Pet Box Mobile Spa for years. The owner is very unprofessional, but we like their groomer, Alex. We had an appointment booked 2 weeks in advance for 9:30 AM with the thought that there could only be one appointment ahead. From previous appointments we knew that they sometimes arrive late, so we were looking to avoid that. They texted us the morning of the appointment and changed our appointment to be an hour and 15 minutes later without explaination. When I asked for one they cancelled my appointment abruptly and said they were removing us as a client for the future. I was not aggressive or unprofessional with them in my communication, so this was surprising to say the least, and left us in a bind. If you are looking for a reliable even-tempered company to work with, I would go elsewhere.
