  Try Chene Rouge. We had our daughter's wedding there last December and it was amazing! It is all inclusive and they have a few different packages to choose from. Their vendors (caterer and florist) were awesome. http://www.chene-rouge.com/

  Chene Rouge, Barnsley Gardens, The Pavilion of East Cobb, and The Brickyard are well beyond your price range. The Strand is nice but very small. They can probably accommodate 100 people standing up, spread out over a couple different rooms. Rhodes Hall is also beyond your budget and has the same issue as The Strand with space, as in they can probably fit your party standing up spread through several rooms. You could probably negotiate The Conservatory in Acworth into your price range. It's very nice.
