  oh I have a baker, she is a lovely young entrepeneur names Ester. Esters cakes, she works from home and made us a boiled icing (Cape Breton sorry) chocolate cake with 30 filled cupcakes. Her number is 613-986-5789. I recommended her to someone in the fall, they used her and were not disappointed. Good luck :)
