I hope it's ok that I'm turning the 4N group into a quasi-personal shopping concierge - and thank you to everyone who's helped me so far (in the past fortnight we have insurance, first aid training and likely a business coach from 4N)
Today I'm on the hunt for something else - can anybody recommend a GOOD call answering service? I've had so many bad experiences with this that (whilst I really shouldn't have to) I'm going to give a few guidelines as to what we're looking for -
1. I want it to sound like our reception, not a call-centre.
2. I don't want anybody rude, blunt or with poor english skills - you're an extension of our brand and we need you to reflect that. I've unfortunately had too many experiences of people who don't have a voice or manner for telephone taking calls for us :/
3. I may look in the future for more than answering/messaging services - so please let me know if you can do diary management, call forwarding, simple admin tasks or anything in addition to call answering.
