Aamir H. asked:It was our anniversary on 13th Feb 2015 & my wife had ordered a Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake from Nish & Maa to reach at 12:00 am. As ordered the cake reached us by 12:20 am because the rider was confused with our address. When the cake came it looked exactly as the picture attached. We were disappointed but when we tasted it the cake was awesome with rich filled Chocolate & very soft sponge. So by the end we forgot but just to give her a feedback I told my wife to send them the pic that their delivery needs to be improved. When they got our feedback they apologized for it which was very good that even here in Pakistan people do care about Customer Service & the next day they sent us these brownies complimentary.
