Buying Whiskey Online in PA? I live in Pennsylvania and I'm having a hard time figuring out how I can buy whiskey online, where there is a much larger selection than at my local state-controlled wine & spirits store. Does anyone know of any online retailers that will ship there or maybe a parcel forwarding service that they've had success with?
Thanks,

Have you checked the state [website?](https://www.finewineandgoodspirits.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/StoreCatalogDisplay?storeId=10051&catalogId=10051&langId=-1)
Is there an agency or bureau that would be able to help me. I had gotten some work done at my home by a local contractor ( who will remain nameless). He did not do a good job and he does not call me back when I call him. Thanks for your help.

See the section "HOME IMPROVEMENT CONTRACTORS". If the contractor was not registered, he broke the law and you may have legal recourse. http://www.portal.state.pa.us/.../contractor.../553817

The initial batch of Pennsylvania state death certificates is now online through Ancestry.com (as of April 18 th). Remember only birth and death certificates that are open records will be online (50 years for death certificates and 105 years for birth c ertificates). The overall schedule is: 1906-24 death certificates – April 2014 1925-44 death certificates – June 2014 1945-63 death certificates – November 2014 1906 birth certificates – March 2015 Pennsylvania residents (and only Pennsylvania residents) have free access to this particular database as they do with other Pennsylvania State Archives records already scanned and made available online by Ancestry. Free access for Pennsylvania residents is accomplished by registering online at no cost through this link (please be sure to read the instructions carefully): http://www.portal.state.pa.us/ . Pennsylvania residents that already have a subscription to Ancestry do not need to do anything as long as they continue to have a subscription to Ancestry. Out of state residents do need a subscription to Ancestry to access these records. However, many libraries and research centers everywhere provide free access to Ancestry. After three years the records will be moved to the Pennsylvania State Archives website and be free to all.

Ok Kathy. I haven't been on ancestry for years but I was able to get a death certificate thru them for a fee. If I recall, they referred me to an address where I sent for it. Check this site: http://www.portal.state.pa.us/.../death_records.../556827 This is requesting by mail or in person. Fee is $9.00 and must have valid photo ID (I hate this as I no longer have a valid ID. Si I don't exist. LOL)

Khrystyna M. replied:
Yep. Document in Russian, on which your signature is notarized by a notary here. Do use a russian speaking notary. Then send this document along with a cover sheet to Harrisburg. From their website, it basically authenticates the power of a notary here. Here is a link: http://www.portal.state.pa.us/.../how_do_i_obtain.../572569
