I need a really skilled, detail oriented dentist- I have really bad teeth and bad anxiety when it comes to dental work because of some shoddy work in the past. Would love recommendations! Thanks!

Dr. Ruff at Northwest Dental healthCare is great. I had severe dental anxiety as well as my daughter. Located in East Bremerton, near Fred Meyer/Peace Lutheran. 360-479-1500.
Looking for a recommendation for a dentist that takes military insurance. There's a catch- I have an unreasonable ridiculous fear of going to the dentist- looking for someone very patient and understanding who has experience with folks like me who are super scared.

Besides Dr Jefferson whom my wife sees, suggest you might also meet with Dr. Peter Ruff@NW Dental Healthcare. I too have a good deal of dental fear, and this guy has a veritable catalog of options, from a very calm manner to several levels of anesthesia. His office will help you understand which of the anesthesia options are/aren't covered. http://northwestdentalhealthcare.com/
I'm looking for a good dentist to go to. Any Advice?

I was afraid of the dentist for years and didn't go for a long time. A friend recommended Dr. Ruff. He's gotten me all fixed up and it never hurt a bit. He specializes in fearful patients and has techniques to elliviate the fear. Highly recommend his practice. http://northwestdentalhealthcare.com/
