THE BAD!!! Cages not cleaned enough- you critter might be sitting in a Filthy cage, even after its great wash n' groom! (Or at any other point in time???) Another BAD!! Water heater is Not Big Enough to accommodate the facility, so after 3-5 washes, depending on the sizes of the pets, your pet (yes, even tiny, ancient, geriatric, blind, disabled, pets) may be bathed in FREEZING WATER! This will go on for the rest of the day for all the rest of the pets, especially if it is busy and there is no downtime for the water heater to recoup. Think it over and weigh the pros and cons before taking your pets to Big Dogs Grooming. I don't work there anymore, couldn't stand to be treating peoples' pets like that!
