  Can anyone recommend a GOOD builder that WILL turn up when he says, we've had one comming to replace our lintels with catnics and replace the soldier course for over 2 weeks (3 appointments missed) - he even phoned early wed morning to say he was comming but didn't turn up! Ideally we would like to see work he has completed first.
