Welcome to Charis Life Planning Limited.
I am James Tong and I am the Director of Charis Life Planning. We are your Specialist Estate Planning firm based in Godalming. We provide an extensive range Estate Planning services including: Will writing to Trusts; Advanced Directives (Living Wills) to Powers of Attorney; Funeral Plans to Executor & Probate Services; along with Secure Document Storage.
I am a Qualified (Non Practicing) Solicitor with over 13 years of legal experience. One of my favourite people from history is Benjamin Franklin. He once remarked that those who fail to plan, plan to fail. Charis Life Planning was started with the aim of assisting people plan for their future so that they and their families will be taken care of when the rubber hits the road.As an associate of APS Legal & Associates we are also qualified and approved to use the Trading Standards Institute logo, which the majority of firms who offer Estate Planning & Will writing services are not.
