David M. Presnick is the sole shareholder of David M. Presnick, P.A. and practices in the areas of Tax and Estate Planning; Probate and Trust Administration; Asset Preservation; Corporate; Partnership; Commercial Transactions; and Tax Litigation. Prior to moving to Brevard County, Florida in August, 1990, Mr. Presnick practiced as a tax attorney for five years in Daytona Beach, Florida. Mr. Presnick, who is also licensed in the State of Connecticut began his legal career in 1984 in New Haven, Connecticut. He is a former employee of the Office of Chief Counsel, Washington, D.C. Mr. Presnick received his B.S. in accounting from The University of Connecticut in 1981 with honors, his J.D. in 1984 from Stetson University College of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1986. Can anybody recommend a probate lawyer in the Melbourne area? It's for Joan's will. I did some research on how the law works, but it is probably more than I want to handle myself.
