About us
David M. Presnick is the sole shareholder of David M. Presnick, P.A. and practices in the areas of Tax and Estate Planning; Probate and Trust Administration; Asset Preservation; Corporate; Partnership; Commercial Transactions; and Tax Litigation. Prior to moving to Brevard County, Florida in August, 1990, Mr. Presnick practiced as a tax attorney for five years in Daytona Beach, Florida. Mr. Presnick, who is also licensed in the State of Connecticut began his legal career in 1984 in New Haven, Connecticut. He is a former employee of the Office of Chief Counsel, Washington, D.C. Mr. Presnick received his B.S. in accounting from The University of Connecticut in 1981 with honors, his J.D. in 1984 from Stetson University College of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida in 1986. Mr. Presnick has written various articles on Medicaid Planning and Asset Preservation. Mr. Presnick has taught "Business Organizations" as an adjunct professor at Brevard Community College. Mr. Presnick has lectured extensively before various groups on the subjects of Asset Preservation, Estate Planning, and Tax Planning. He is the past chairman of The Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee for the 18A Circuit. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section and The Tax Section of the of The Florida Bar and a past President of the Brevard County Estate Planning Council.
