  Warner Center Auto on Topanga. That's actually how I discovered them about 3 years ago. A mechanic on Owensmouth tried to tell me my car wouldn't pass a smog and if I paid him $200 he would help me figure out why before putting it on the machine. HUH? I left there in confusion and saw Warner Center and a sign for smog checks. My car passed with flying colors. I've been their customer ever since. (818) 992-0697
