  Question from the inbox ~ We are relocating to McDill AFB next year and are looking for advice on where to buy a house. Schools are top priority (middle and high) and we'd like recommendations other than Fishhawk Ranch. How's traffic out that way? Recommendations on private schools are welcome too! Thanks!

  We moved to this area last year. Traffic is pretty bad everywhere you go. We live all the way out in Valrico, and it's still pretty congested when everyone is going to and from work/school. If you don't mind living in a HOA community, and you want your kids in great schools, take a look at River Hills and Twin Lakes. The kids in these neighborhoods attend Lithia Springs Elementary, Randall Middle School, and Newsome High. I'm a spouse, but I'm also real estate agent! I went into this business because I'm led to help other military families facing relocation.
