Vegan Cafe with smoothies, homemade soups, panini, the BEST vegan burgers ANYWHERE, made-from-scratch dessert, and other goodness. The Flaming Ice Cube in Cleveland is located in The Park Building at 140 Public Square (closest parking is in the parking deck above Tilted Kilt or take the Rapid to Tower City) AND many streets downtown offer free street parking on the weekend, very close to the Cube.
