  Anonymous post no. 7857 We have a rental property that needs repainting. We have had a couple of ridiculous quotes which we feel are because it is a rental and not our own home. It's as though they think we're wealthy just because we have an investment property. We're not. Who can recommend a painter who is reasonably priced?
