  Ashley B. wrote: If I could give no stars I would. She charged me for a "boutique" session that was to be for a children's clothing boutique and happen on July 22nd. She cancelled on me one hour prior (by email) then won't return my emails or schedule with me for another time. The best part is she has pictures of her and her daughters on FB at Disney.

  LyTysha S. wrote: Nicole was supposed to be our wedding photographer. Our wedding is on March 15, 2015. We signed a contract with her, paid her in FULL, and were so excited to have her on our special day. About 2-3 months ago, we lost all contact with her. She refused to email us back, call us back, text us back, FB message us back, you get the idea. However, during this time, she was EXTREMELY active on her Instagram account, showing that she was indeed still around. FInally got an email back from her, much later, and she barely gave us an apology for her absence. When I emailed her back and asked her for a refund, because we did not like the way this business operated, we never heard back from her. We are still waiting to hear back to see if we can get any money back and if we don't, we may have to take legal action. It's a shame, because her photography is so good and we really like
