  Does anyone know the name of a herp vet in the Manteca area? Ive been calling around & havent had any luck. About 45 min ago I noticed that one of my turtles was missing from the tank (I'm not sure how the lid was moved but it was pushed aside about an inch) & found her in the yard. Our dog got ahold of her & part of her shell is crushed & she has puncture marks but she is still alive. I've heard that turtles can survive some seemingly devestating injuries & this looks pretty bad but if there's a way to save her I need to try. I've had her since she was a tiny hatchling.
