  I need suggestions for a restaurant for a group dinner for 15-20 people who will be here for a conference in November. Here is what we are looking for: Location: Probably near the convention center, but could be nearby areas (Capitol Hill, Belltown, International District, etc), Menu: Ideally a mix of meat and non-meat options. A good beer and wine menu helps too, Ambience: Would prefer someplace that is interesting but not so loud that you can’t hear the person next to you. Non-chains preferred. Cost: Moderate – entrees in the low $20s if possible. Thank you!

  Yes, everything fits kraken congee, it's nearby, entree price is around $20 or even less, great food, interesting place and not loud at all, also not chain restaurants
