About us

CrossFit Stronghold served the Point Loma community of San Diego, California from 2007-2017

We no longer offer group classes and are currently focusing our efforts toward coaches mentoring and development. Head Coach Ray Regno is a member of the CrossFit Headquarters Training Department and teaches the CFL1, CrossFit Weightlifting, and CrossFit Flexibility Courses.

I am looking for local health and fitness classes for senior citizens, hopefully in the Point Loma or Ocean Beach area. Currently, there is only one class offered at the adult education center over by Vons and the time for that class may not work for our situation. So any ideas welcome! Hoping there is a senior "center" in PL/OB that I've just managed to miss. (And for those who know me -- NO not for me, at least not yet, but give me just a few years and I'll be there too!). Thank you for any ideas you can share! Hope everyone is surviving the heat....

Anne Rauch we don't have any classes currently in place but can definitely set one up if there is enough interest! My brother, Ray Regno is the head CrossFit instructor and we own https://www.facebook.com/170262239698946 CrossFit Stronghold here off Chatsworth. He has a lot of experience working with the elderly!
