  Hello neighbors. I'm looking for a recommendation on a painter who does exterior work. Specifically I need my deck stained. Price is secondary to me, I'm more interested in finding a high-quality painter because if they do a good job, I'll use them for the entire exterior of my house.   Russell Tilley (Tilley Painting) did our interior in the fall and will do the exterior this Spring. He and his wife do the painting with several hired hands who have been with them for many years.
