  Crockett Patterson, he put in my tankless and I am ecstatic with it. Never run out of hot water, not constantly heating, sure it is more, but you don't have to worry about it leaking (ours is in attic) like previous owners did. He is fast and excellent. Not the cheapest, but the best! 214 763-7303
