However because we have SO many things that we need done and we would like to maximize our budget, I am specifically looking for someone who will let us do some of the labor ourselves to help cut costs a little bit. (I understand if you don't- but that's why I am laying it all out here, to let you know what we are hoping to find.) My husband is a workhorse and actually has some experience working as a contractor for a short time but we still need some guidance and someone to lead the projects. I am also willing to do equal cost service trades for help but it's not required. I am a higher-end photographer in the area and willing to take on weddings, family sessions, etc in exchange for labor. Some of the work we need done is actually for my studio.
