His name is James Corey. his number is 704-793-4707.. his assistant is Patty.. they handle a TON of business owners here in NC and in SC and also non profits and all kinds of business entities, as well as personal taxes. he can go over your records a LOT cheaper then a lawyer and tell you what you need.. I SWEAR by him
