  PLEASE HELP. I am in need of a pain management clinic - I was just diagnosed with severe tendinitis and my orthopedic gave me anti-inflammatory gel and a brace but it's doing nothing for the pain, it's so excruciating i feel like I'm going to pass out at times. I don't normally need pain medications but I can't function right now and my job requires me to do a lot of computer work. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! My family doc recommended ibuprofen and tramadol 50mg but I'm scared I'll take too much ibuprofen...and tramadol does nothing . I'm taking 4 - 600mg a day and they do nothing. This is impacting my work now as I can't use my left arm without the pain throbbing. So frustrated.
