  I'm looking for ideas on how to fix something, or a referral to a great plumber who can fix it for me. Our hot water pressure has always been low and keeps getting worse. We can't have more than one appliance or faucet running at a time. There just isn't enough hot water pressure for that to work. Any ideas or referrals?

  We had that when we moved in. I called a plumber and he just replaced a valve from the water heater to the pipes that was totally clogged. Haven't had any problems since. Best $100 I ever spent. His name is Stephen Jones, 801-792-8958. It could maybe be something you could replace on your own but we're not super handy around here 😉
